Samsung TecTiles are tiny little stickers with NFC smart tags inside, which can be programmed to do many different things. TecTiles is another addition to the fun bit of strategy comes with NFC Samsung Galaxy S III. Users can program TecTiles through an app running on a Samsung phone with an NFC chip, including the Samsung Galaxy S III and Galaxy S II, the Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S, and Galaxy S Blaze. Once you create an application using Samsung TecTile app, place the Tile in a convenient location, and then tap the phone to TecTile to perform the action stored in the TecTile. After launching the application, you can set the label says phones to do any number of tasks – from opening a website to transmit contact information to call a phone number. Using the Samsung TecTile free application, you can create TecTiles to change the settings on your phone, launch applications, check-in to places, update social status, or even make phone calls or send text messages automatically. You can place these labels in any physical location, and then tap the phone to one to start the pre-programmed action. Unlike beam S, TecTiles works with any Android phone with NFC capability.
